 I am Russel Dsouza. I am an Engineering graduate and have done my post graduate diploma in banking and finance. I am banker by profession.  

These days im mostly a trader but i started out as a value investor. I still take value based trades occasionally when the opportunity presents. Trading is a journey of self discovery where you learn what works for you and what doesn't and I would like to help people discover their true potential.
